How is the Professional price calculated?

$19.90 a month covers your first 20 people. Each person after that adds $1.00 a month, so a team of 35 pays $34.90 a month.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes, for any team size, and it doesn't expire. It includes unlimited members and leave requests, up to three leave types and one location.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The Professional trial lasts 14 days, isn't limited in any way, and doesn't ask for a card.

Do I have to add my team by hand?

No. Spock imports everyone from your Slack workspace automatically.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with no cancellation fees. Payments already made aren't refunded.

Do you offer yearly billing or nonprofit discounts?

Yes. Yearly plans come with extra savings, and nonprofits get a discount. Email support@spockoffice.com for details.
