A balance looks wrong

Balances are built from four settings: allowances, accruals, carryover and working days. Check those for the person first. That's where most mismatches come from.

Requests go to the wrong approver

Each person has one approver: their team manager, a named approver, or auto-approve. Check the person's team and approver settings.

Someone is missing from Spock

Spock syncs people from your Slack workspace. Bots and deactivated accounts are skipped, and guests only appear once an admin adds them.

I can't sign in to the dashboard

Sign in with the Slack account in the workspace where Spock is installed. The sign-in guide covers the usual snags.
